Job Description

Sonoran Technology is pursuing the Flying Squadron Operations Support (FSOS) contract through our partnering company Metro Accounting & Professional Services, with the work being done at Tinker AFB.  We are now accepting resumes from those individuals with a background in Personnel Security.

The Personnel Security Support position will determine civilian and military members Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security needs and actions for over 3,800 personnel.  Assists the SSO with the establishment of local procedures for processing requests for SCI access, initiates and reviews all documentation consistent with directives, provides annual SCI and foreign travel training.  Ensures that requests for SCI are properly screened and verified by the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO), and that all necessary forms and documentation have been completed before processing for accesses.  Evaluates the sensitivity of the position, degree of clearance, and special access required to perform duties to determine type of accesses required.  Maintains prescribed security files and records pertinent to SCI access.  Assists Chief, 552 ACW SSO in determining if Security Information File (SIF) should be established. Establishes, maintains, processes, and disposes of SCI SIFs for all organizations supported.

 

Education

While a HS Diploma is the minimum requirement; some college is preferred for this position.

Experience

Both the Personnel Security Support and Information Security Specialist shall have a minimum of the following:

one (1) year experience working in a TS/SCI facility

one (1) year of security experience

Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this position.
