Job Description |
Sonoran is providing customer support to the U.S. Army National Guard on the Career Management Field Training Services contract. This support provide job training services for 14 Career Management Fields (CMF) representing a specialized military training job skill, to include: 1 – Armor, 2 – Engineer, 3 – Field Artillery, 4 – Health Services, 5 – Infantry/Maneuver, 6 – Military Intelligence, 7 – Military Police, 8 – Noncommissioned Officer Education System (NCOES), 9 – Officer Candidate School (OCS), 10 – Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS), 11 – Ordnance, 12 – Quartermaster, 13 – Signal, and 14 – Transportation. These positions are spread across the continental U.S.
CMF training occurs at ARNG Total Army School System (TASS) institutions across the States, Territories, and the District of Columbia. There are 14 designated “CMF SME (Subject Matter Expert) Cell” locations.

Experience requirements vary, based on the Military Occupation Specialty (MOS). A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is available and will be sent to all interested parties who submit a resume.
All candidates must be able to obtain/maintain a Federal Govt. background check. One or more of the positions will require an active DoD Secret security clearance.
