Job Description

Metro Accounting & Professional Services, a partnering company of Sonoran Technology, are currently performing on the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), USAG-Camp Humphreys C4I Facilities contract; with work at Ft. Huachuca and regular travel to S. Korea.

In an effort to maintain a healthy candidate queue, we continue to accept resumes for Logistics Managers to provide item and inventory management services in support of the USAISEC Program Management Office at Fort Huachuca Engineering Directorate (FHED) C4I Relocation Project as part of the larger YRP/LPP Program at Camp Humphreys, in South Korea.

Duties include:

  • Analyze and implement strategies for improved material accountability from List of Materials (LOM) approval through procurement and through installation and testing. Insure implementation contractor maintains accurate receiving and inventory records.
  • Act as primary project logistics liaison between government and implementation contractor. This will require regular communication for, but not limited to: scheduling, procurement, inspection, shipping/receiving, inventory control, tracking, storage, requirements validation, installation, process changes.
  • Execute, update, and distribute weekly production planning schedules for the project logistics operations.
  • Coordinate material process changes. Establish and conduct periodic contract performance (logistics) reviews/audits with implementation contractor to ensure contract metrics and inventory control adherences are met.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all logistical configuration items.
  • Provide inventory management support for assigned system and equipment though purchase, repair, disposal and inventory analysis, review daily reports for requisitions, backorders and transaction history, Work with FHED C4I PMO Support Staff with lifecycle support of systems to prevent interruption of maintenance and mission by reviewing and monitoring Receipts Report, review required Financial Reports, validate prepared procurement documents for repair/purchase, and review and analyze invoices, shipping and storage plans
  • Respond to request of and prepare validation packages, Maintenance Requirements Index, Maintenance Requirements List and provisioning determinations. Provide customer support to Army C4I Relocation Project field units to promptly resolve maintenance and logistics questions

Education

Bachelor’s degree not required, but highly desired.

Experience

3-10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

A active/current Secret clearance is required. All individual contractors must be able to maintain a fully adjudicated SECRET clearance.  Due to the length of time it takes to obtain/re-obtain an active/current clearance; only those candidates with an active/current Secret clearance or above will be considered.

Place of duty is Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista AZ, with frequent travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
