Job Description | Sonoran Technology has partnered with Acqme Support & Assistance Services and another company to submit a proposal in an effort to win the MQ-9 Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) Courseware Development (CWD) contract, with the work being accomplished at multiple locations. This contract shall provide support for the MQ-9 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) to include Instrument Refresher Course (IRC) for personnel in support of operations. We will conduct academic, training device, and live flying instruction in support of formal course syllabi, training plans, event instructor guides and CT. Training shall be given to formal course students, permanent party aircrew, and operational support personnel to accomplish required event objectives and specific event tasks. In addition to the specific tasks outlined below, instructor duties shall consist of revision and development of student training instructor guides as syllabus or aircraft procedures change due to mission/event or safety requirements. This includes providing Air Force or contract maintenance personnel with event data to transform training device events into software format for entry into the training device.
In anticipation of winning this effort, we are accepting resumes from individuals with the following skillsets, to fill positions at the following locations: Registrar at Hancock Field ANGB: Maintain a complete and accurate accountability of all student pipeline entry, reassignment, or classification for aircrew student qualification training. The Registrar will be required to
Operations Scheduler at Hancock Field ANGB: The primary duty is to provide efficient and effective scheduling support. Schedulers will maintain an accurate and workable schedule, and the Scheduler’s duties will include to determine flight, ground, and simulator scheduling requirements for upgrade, initial qualification, requalification, transition, currency, and continuation training based on syllabus requirements, student progression, weather, equipment and range availability, and commander directed programs. Schedule students and instructors for academics, PMATs and flying events in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and TMS.
Squadron Operations Support Specialist at Hancock Field ANGB The Specialist will use Microsoft Office suite, Government-provided and commercial-off-the-shelf software to perform administrative duties within squadron operations. Be the Point of Contact (POC) for Training, Standardization/Evaluation, and Scheduling shops. Provide administrative support including filing, tracking, preparing and reviewing forms, letters, certificates and

Education | Registrar, Operations Scheduler, and Squadron Operations Support Specialist positions at Hancock Field ANGB – HS Diploma or Equivalent is required, but some college is desired
MQ-9 Pilot Instructor – Bachelor’s Degree is required
MQ-9 Sensor Operator Instructor – Minimum of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or learning institution. Completed a minimum of three semester hours of Community College of the Air Force CCAF-approved instructor methodology coursework prior to instructing. Become and remain Subject-matter qualified in the required subject or specialty area. Complete a Government approved subject matter test annually. (Time between tests will not exceed 365 days) Successfully complete a 12 semester hours CCAF approved teaching internship.

Experience | Registrar: One year experience in administrative management. Familiarity with normal government software and hardware. Familiarity with FAX and email. Ability to prioritize conflicting requests.
Operations Scheduler: Familiarity with aircraft and weapon system scheduling desired. Experience working in a dynamic high stress environment. Familiarity with normal government software and hardware. Familiarity with FAX and email. Ability to prioritize conflicting requests.
MQ-9 Pilot Instructor: Previous experience as a military instructor pilot (Air Force specialty Code “K” prefix), Rated military pilot or holds a FAA Commercial Instrument Pilot rating. Pass and maintain a current FAA Class II physical examination on a yearly basis. This requirement applies to flying instructors only. Academic and simulator only instructors are not required to pass physical examinations. The contractor shall address how they will handle medical disqualification issues in the Instructor Training and Certification Plan. Pass and maintain a current FAA Class III physical examination on a yearly basis. This requirement applies to flying instructors only. Academic and simulator only instructors are not required to pass physical examinations. The contractor shall address how they will handle medical disqualification issues in their Instructor Training and Certification Plan.
