Job Description

Sonoran Technology and its teaming partners have been working on the Contract Aircrew Training/Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) contract for the B-1 and B-52 Bomber CAT/CWD contract at Dyess AFB and Barksdale AFB.  Sonoran will be managing the Dyess AFB location, and we are accepting resumes from qualified individuals with a background in mission crew training with emphasis on the B-1 Bomber aircraft.  This contract provides services to the Air Force customer in the areas of conducting academic and training device instruction in support of formal course syllabi, training plans, and event lesson plans to formal course students in order to accomplish required event objectives and specific event tasks.  The contractor may be required to provide mission qualification training and continuation training to permanent party aircrew.

These positions will require a minimum active/current DoD security clearance of at least Secret (Some positions will require a Top Secret/SCI).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree is required at a minimum;

 

Experience

B-1 Pilot Instructor SME Qualifications:

Qualified in the B-1 (for B-1 instructors) aircraft within last 7 years.

Qualified as a contract instructor in the B-1 (for B-1 instructors) within the preceding two years.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs

Previous flight instructor/evaluator experience in B-1 (for B-1 instructors).
