Job: E-3 Mission Crew Training (MCT)/DRAGON CAT/CWD – Simulator Operator at Tinker AFB, OK

Sonoran Technology and its teaming partners have won the contract for the E-3 Mission Crew Training (MCT)/Dragon contract at Tinker AFB, OK. We continue to accept resumes from qualified individuals with a background in mission crew training with emphasis on the E-3 aircraft. This contract provides services to the Air Force customer in the areas of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Flight Deck Training. These efforts include Contract Instructor Academic Instruction, Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Instruction, Flight Instruction, Courseware Development, Aircrew ATD event scheduling, and support functions. In addition, it will include exercise director, simulator operator support, and scenario
development for the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and in support of the 752 Operational Support Squadron (OSS) Control and Reporting Center (CRC).

We are current accepting resumes for a Simulator Operator at this time.  Here are the responsibilities for the Simulator Operator position:

a) Provide simulator operator support for the following simulator systems: Legacy, MTC, and MCTS.
b) Simulator operators should be able to provide support in all three simulators.
c) Simulate current AF fighter tactics and communications
d) Simulate any given AF or Joint asset IAW scripted inputs
e) Be prepared to communicate quickly, concisely, and correctly on radio

Associate’s Degree required or must be obtained within twelve months for all positions.

Required Qualifications:

a) Shall have, at a minimum, five (5) years’ experience as an E-3 Simulator Operator
b) Or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Weapons Controller, ABM, or fighter pilot.
c) Must possess or be able to obtain a Top secret with SCI access.
