ETHICS CODE
Our Business Ethics and Conduct Codes
Sonoran Technology exists on the pillars of honesty, trust, integrity respect and service excellence. Therefore, team members are expected to accept certain responsibilities, follow respectable business principles in matters of conduct, and exhibit a high degree of integrity at all times. Employees are held to the highest ethical standard and expected to take personal responsibility in upholding the principles of the Code.
This not only involves sincere respect for the rights and feelings of others, but is also a requirement that employees refrain from any behavior that might be harmful to themselves, co-workers, the Company, or that might be viewed unfavorable by current or potential customers or by the public at large. Employees are representing the Company and therefore it is crucial to observe the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
Please see handbook for types of behavior and conduct that Sonoran Technology considers inappropriate and that will require action.
Should an employee’s performance, work habits, overall attitude, conduct or demeanor become unsatisfactory based on violations of any Sonoran Technology policies, rules or regulations, the employee will be subject to disciplinary action. Where appropriate, and as circumstances may dictate, supervisors will follow a process of progressive employee discipline up to and including termination.
Please see handbook for examples of disciplinary actions.
Sonoran Technology reserves the right to administer discipline in such a manner as it deems appropriate to the circumstances, and may, in its sole discretion, terminate an employee without prior discipline or without following a particular order of discipline.
